The Karols is a five-piece band from Žilina, Slovakia, formed many years ago as a "music circle" of friends who would get together regularly and play whatever they felt like. The band's name was chosen by a 4:1 vote, derived from the first name of the founding member and frontman of the group.

We love to swim in music, in rhythms and melodies.

More recently, the band has been focusing on original music, searching for an authentic sound and expression. We draw inspiration from personal stories, everyday emotions, and a shared passion for music. Every song is the result of collaboration between all members — from the first idea to the final arrangement.
